VACANCIES AND INTERNSHIPS

Joint Research provides opportunities for scientific internships for students from various study programs, such as (technical) medicine, movement sciences, health sciences, and data science/artificial intelligence. Click on one of the photos below for more information about the projects available within our studies.

As an intern, you will also be part of the Joint Research team, so you will gain broader experience than just your own project.

Scientific internships
Scientific internships require the necessary preparation (e.g., the medical ethics review procedure, coordination with your own study program). That is why we prefer to plan > 6 months in advance. So please contact us in a timely manner!

Practical internships
Joint Research also offers practical internships. For movement scientists, among others, this is a valuable way to gain an impression of the work of a researcher. We prefer to schedule internships for 4-16 hours per week over a period of 10-40 weeks. In consultation, a shorter, more intensive internship is sometimes also possible.

Are you interested? Send your motivation letter, CV, a writing sample (e.g., BSc thesis), your availability, and which project you are interested in to jointresearch@olvg.nl.

Do you have any questions or would you like more information? Please contact our research coordinators at jointresearch@olvg.nl or by phone at 020-599 2451.

Volunteers wanted

Would you like to find out whether working in clinical scientific research is something for you? Are you interested in taking a look behind the scenes during or after your studies? Then sign up as a volunteer at Joint Research. We can always use help, for example with distributing questionnaires, cleaning up databases, or even turning a database into a scientific paper.
